Fresh Calling List For Senators!

This calling list is from the opposition itself, created just a few days ago. THESE SENATORS ARE ON THE FENCE. PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAILS LINKS ARE GIVEN.
http://michellemalkin.com/2010/11/19...uitment-drive/

I added zip codes I found on another thread here, in case they ask you for it when you call. I also included what you can say when speaking to someone or leaving a voicemail. Again, I culled that from different sources. You can create your own as well.

Hit them up NOW. Don't whine about your situation if you aren't doing anything to better it!

"I ask for your full support in passing the DREAM Act, S. 729. next week.
it's simply common sense to give these young individuals, who have already
assimilated by means of our own education system,
a path to legalization. it would bolster our ecomony as well as our military
with a fresh educated force.

If Congress fails to act now, America will lose another yet class of
promising immigrant students and soldiers who have
demonstrated hard work and a strong commitment to their communities."

^^^^^Now with e-mails, I copied and pasted below in qt/unqt, and e-mail each above mentioned senator, your turn, lets do everything possible to influence the vote in our favor.

I ask for your full support in passing the DREAM Act, S. 729. next week.

UNQT

Also, added some of my thoughts on the issue, your turn fellow Dreamers, e-mail them all.

Just as an FYI: I browsed the opposition website, they are mass mobilizing to defeat us next week, lets flood congress with faxes, e-mails, and calls.

CRUCIAL WE WORK IN UNIFORMITY, I WOULD SUGGEST TO THINK OF YOUR COMMENTS BEFORE POSTING, WE CANNOT GET SIDETRACKED ON THEORETICAL ARGUMENTS, OR THINKING THIS IS IN THE BAG, WHEN IN ACTUALITY WE ALL KNOW THE COLD FACTS, THAT WE ARE GOING TO NEED REPUBLICAN (and support from conservative Democrats senators) SUPPORT, DRAWING FROM INFORMATION FROM THE LAST TWO WEEKS, I UNDERSTAND THE VOTES ARE NOT QUITE THERE, YET!

Re: Fresh Calling List For Senators!

^^
Well, I know all about the antis because I WAS one of them before my visa expired....fyi, not all immigration lawyers are trustworthy...so when I write a letter to the office, I mention about the opposition and why they feel that way, because I do understand it.

BUT, the most vital thing is that they will never understand what it's like to be illegal. What WE FEEL is different, and that is something they can't take away from us...so when Iwrite a letter, I make it personal and write all about these things. Luckily, I've been on both sides, so it's easy for me to tap into them emotionally.

Re: Fresh Calling List For Senators!

good work, Dado and good idea Rev. i've revamped the list at the top of the thread so that the new email links are displayed in full. (i noticed some were abbreviated, meaning the direct link won't work if someone were to copy and paste.) spread the word!
