USCIS: will grant lawful status to same-sex couples until DOMA final decision
Good news to dreamers in same-sex relationships. USCIS will not deny an I-130 petition of your same-sex partner until final decision on Defense of Marriage Act is reached. An I-130 petition usually allows the benificiary means to apply for social security, a temporary lawful immigration status, and work authorization. If you're a dreamer in a same-sex relationship with a USC, this might be worth checking out.
