I think this would be struck down, with the exception of the e-verify, but refusing education for the undocumented is against the law....

I hope this will eventually give immigration reform and the Dream Act positive effects.

This has got to be the most anti-immigrant law that has passed, I mean nothing compared to the Arizona's SB1070. I feel bad for all the people who are going to be affected by it, they need to leave the state ASAP.

As long as the GOP are in charge nothing will get better when it comes to immigration. The GOP have no desire to fix the broken system, They just want to appeal to the white vote!!!

I think this will push congress to work on immigration though, hopefully in a way that will benefit us.

The whole issue of immigration is just BEGGING to be overhauled. The calls are at an all time high loud and clear. The system is absolute garbage. Obama's oval office seat is the main obstacle.

OMG what the eff am I going to do now? Do you think they will check statuses of students ASAP or next year when the law is enacted? Because if it's ASAP, I'm getting the eff out.... I hate Alabama.
