You Habe to be a resident of California. Have worked certain hours ending in the year 2008. This is also for janitors and other jobs that are more like labor. Also children family would qualify as dependent

How does this work?? Immigration law is federal? Nvm I see now. The state is asking the federal government for permission.

What if you once lived in CA and then moved elsewhere? You would have to have a janitor and farmer work experience also?
