Re: High court appears to lean toward Arizona in immigration law dispute
-Should the law lean towards Arizona this sets a new precedence that states don't need the federal government for anything. It would be great if a state in the union said fuck it were gonna legalize illegals as citizens of our state and within our borders they are protected with rights to work and drive. If they decide that states have the rights to make laws for issues which the federal government just wont figure out its time to legalize drugs, physician assisted suicide, drop the drinking and smoking age the list goes on.
-The problem here is our justices are very conservative and so they don't vote based on the issues and their possible repercussions they vote on the parties which bring the issues to the table. The seats are suppose to be balanced but they clearly are not. A lose here would be the final nail in Obamas coffin come general election time because the American people will get swayed away from any opinion to legalize and Romneys self deportation will essentially become the law forcing a mass exodus. -Just an opinion but starting to feel like 2012 is our last chance at any hope of anything regardless of who wins that election in Nov. |

If used correctly, this could work for us. If supreme court rules for the S.B. 1070 what's gonna stop states from legalizing? :D

I like the thought of that.

you must be living in mars if you think a state is going to legalize illegals. If anything they will implement this law as well.
