AZ and NM Fraudulent Lawyer

Well, here is a man, Elias Bermudez, who got caught stealing from dreamers, claiming to be a non-profit organization, when in reality he was asking a donation of up to $500.
He was practicing in NM and AZ and refused to sign the forms that would make him responsible/liable for any wrongdoing.
Thankfully, he got caught.

I think you can report these people to DHS or Uscis.
