This is absurd. The girl has nowhere else to go to.

I was walking past the INS offices yesterday and couldn't help but despise them. All this "breaking the law" rhetoric... Americans have broken laws everyday. I'm sure every single one of us can name an underage drinker or a pot smoker.

Just ONE??? I could give you a HUGE list...

I don't do any of that crap, but yet they call ME a crimminal! HA!!
The irony.... what's sad is that the ppl who are always trying to destroy us don't look around themselves... THEIR kids are probably buying some pot around the corner while they try to destroy OUR lives... But of course they would blame US for their kids problems and say that WE gave them drugs... LMFAO!

I hope those alipeople are reading this thread. I hate those who do all the finger pointing at other young people but never turn around to look what precious Johnny has stashed underneath his bed...

LOL... I KNOW!
Go and make good citizens out of your kids and THEN complain about other people's kids.

Instead look to the Supreme Court ruling to their statement: [The Court ruled that such a law was unconstitutional, stating, “children can neither affect their parents’ conduct nor their own undocumented status.” (457 U.S. 202)] As for turning 18 and shedding the classification of "minors," I am currently working on an argument for that, which I will post soon.

I don't shy away from the fact that we're breaking the law. I'm willing to get right with the government if they would provide a way for me to stay. Even if that means paying money, doing community service, anything that contributes to this nation.

Ditto.

The problem is that we didn't make the descition to COME here, whether it was legally or not. We are now living the consequences of our parents' actions.
