How does obamacare effect daca people? I was going to just pay the 95 dollar fee but that will shoot up to 695 $ per person in 2016. Can we apply and how much is it? Also, I hope my parents dont haven't to pay over 1200 in fees for 2016 that is a lot of money for a service they can't use.

We're exempt from the individual mandate. At the same time we aren't eligible for most (if any) of the healthcare subsidies. Obamacare has no effect on DACA recipients.

You're not eligible for subsidies and you're not required to have insurance.
