mail undeliverable
 

It looks like i was sent my receipts and even a biometrics letter but they were all returned for being undeliverable by USPS. I live in a apartment complex community. I called uscis and the agent on the phone said she put in a request to have the letters resent to the address I gave her over the phone which is the Same one on the application. Has anyone been thru this and how soon did you receive your letters the second time?

Make sure the inside of your mailbox has your full name and apartment number. sometime usps delivery man/women wont deliver government letters if your full name isnt in the mailbox.

It happend to me but with my card!!! I called them, took about 3 weeks before I got it. idk what the issue was. I also called the post office , but they didn't have an answer for me.

I agree with AlexanderMQ. The exact thing happened to me with textbooks I purchased for school. Something similar happened to me when I moved into my new apartment complex. I eventually received my package, but it did take a while.

Also make sure that your information is with USPS. If you lived somewhere else, make sure you fill out the moved address form that they have in the postal office.

it looks like only my receipts were undeliverable. I got my biometrics appt. letter in the mail. this time I did write my name on the mail box. : D
