Got a notice of termination for DACA

Hello all,

I filed for my DACA renewal a week earlier, and I got a notice this morning saying that my case has been terminated. I haven't gotten the letter explaining why yet, but can anyone shed some light on this?

Do you have a criminal record?

Did you have enough proof or has your criminal record changed since your initial one

No criminal record. Not a single thing has changed since my last DACA. this would be my second time renewing.

Plus, I haven't even done my bio yet, so I don't think it's background check either.

Well there doesn't seem to be anyone else with a 2nd renewal. other posts say renewal is unlimited as long as the program stands, however I remember reading something like you can only renew once when daca first was announced but I could have misread or forgot etc. I always thought we could only renew once but everyone else says otherwise. I could be wrong we'll have to see for other 2nd renewals

I went through a program where a pro bono lawyer filed it for free.

This isn't like a subscription something. You can renew and rendew forever. We are not renewing because renewing means you are already in. Once our DACA expires it expires and we then have the option to ask uscis to again reconsider our case. That is it we are not renewing we are applying as if it was our first time again. They don't need additional info like the initial application because you can only prove you were on those dates for so many times. USCiS isn't calling us and telling us "hey would you like to renew your DACA? Press 1 for yes and 2 for now. 1 thank you for renewing your DACA we hope you enjoy 2 years of your EAD subscription!!" No when our EAD expires we are notified when it will and that's it. I think we are told if we would like them to reconsider us we can then apply again.

However as far I know we can ask uscis to reconsider our case as many times as DACA is open.

As for TC

If you are 100% positive you are clean then it could be a mistake. Try calling them. The only other case which was terminated as this guy who applied for MAVNI and then uscis noticed and found some stuff.
