Hi folks. Just wanted to ask for some assistance. Can you all confirm this is all that is needed in my DACA renewal package? Am i missing anything? Thank you again

Form i765 EAD application
Form i765W - income/expense worksheet
2 passport sized photos with Alien # and full name on back (in pencil)
$465 check to US Dept of Homeland Security
Photocopy of current Work Permit, back and front (in color)
