Mesa mother who was convicted 8 years ago of working here illegally ordered deported
PHOENIX - A Mesa mother who was convicted eight years ago of working here illegally was ordered deported Wednesday, the first public sign in Arizona of President Donald Trump's sweeping executive order on deportation.
Attorney Ray Ybarra Maldonado told a somber crowd outside Phoenix's Immigration and Customs Enforcement headquarters that Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos, 36, had been taken into custody. An ICE spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday evening that Garcia had been detained. http://www.12news.com/news/local/val...ther/404420165 Sad thing this woman was doing the right thing after the fact by reporting to and checking in to ICE on an annual basis. I don't want to alarm anybody but Please y'all -----DO NOT TAKE TRUMP AT HIS WORD ON ANYTHING!--- Even though you guys have DACA please thread carefully as if you don't have it, until we have more concrete knowledge on what this mad man decides to do about immigration. |

She already had an order of deportation and did not have DACA.
They warned that this was coming, it was only a matter of time. |

So much for the "No Deportation Force"... This looks like a deportation force to me.

After reading through another article, it seems she has been in the country for sometime and was convicted of identity theft. I am not sure about the specifics, but it seems a group filed for her Stay of Removal. I am curious how DHS will respond to the query.

She basically turned herself in. In my opinion, not a good time when Sessions has just been nominated. |
