We won't really know what he wrote in that letter until Trump is no longer in the WH.

Apparently he made sure Trump understood the optics of ending DACA. Such as, a valedictorian being deported. I don't think someone with an ego as fragil as Trump wants responsibility for this. He rather people love and admire him, that's why he took Bannon and Miller off the reigns lol
