I already have an I-130 approved and a I-601a pending. I'm sure even if ICE comes after me; a judge would tell them to back off while the process finalizes. I sleep a little better at night.

We already have enough bills in congress. The problem is not having enough votes to pass them. Introducing more bills will not help, work on the existing one.

I have been here since 2000. I have seen all this rethoric before. Mark my words, and quote me to shame me if I am wrong; but I know what I say. Nothing, no bill will pass. No RACA, no bridge, no dream act, nada. Congress is so divided, even the GOP is divided. Heck, Trump is going after Corker, Flake and Graham. They failed on health care, they will fail on Tax reform; they will fail on immigration. If anything Trump will just rescind DACA to even out his failure to pass anything while keeping promises to the base and minimize the losses in 2018. Have faith, be hopeful, listen to that moron that claims RACA for life fool, ok? Nothing will pass. With Trump rescinding DACA, not saying he will, but he can at least seem more legit. Mark my words.

Exactly. If DACA is rescinded and the bills currently in Congress go nowhere, I will leave the US, either to my country of birth or to some other country that will welcome me, my education and my professional experience. So, indeed, I don't care about being deported or not because I will leave myself if there's no solution for us. I've said it before: I'm not going to back to the shadows.
