One can only hope,

I try to stay positive about this whole ordeal, and I hope legalization is in the works. However, I lose my shit at least half the day most of the time. I have to get it together.

Let's assume that DACA is 100% legal, doesn't change the fact the Trump had the authority to kill it.

I don't like the idea that Trump killed DACA, but I do agree he had the authority as president.

Gotta keep in mind that a president created DACA; therefore, a president can kill it at any time.

He didn't got through APA though which is the technicality that got DAPA to have an injunction.

That is just a technicality of the process, carries no weight as to the long term implementation.
