Ryan basically says DA can't be passed without border security and enforcement. He doesn't want another wave of Dreamers 10 years down the road. He wants to pass relief for current dreamers and fix the problem for good.

that's fair... that will have to be part of the discussion on CIR, but that's another debate altogether.

I think all of the sane, logical dreamers do too!

Give them all the enforcement they want with Dream Act attached and get it DONE.
