Probably 100k of those are high income earners who pay huge amount of taxes with no representation.

Out of curiosity what would happen to those that lost daca because of Trump recently? Would they be able to qualify for any of the current bills out there?

Man I hope so. I qualified and never applied because of circumstances, But most bills like dream act and succeed act do include us daca eligible people who never applied.
