I think that's false. When DACA was cancelled, USCIS still kept on renewing all applications that had been submitted. There is no basis for saying that you could lose your money if the decision is overturned.

I’m sending my renewal. I expire in October. Getting married (sorry swim) and AOS. Im going to get into politics and blast Demoncrats for being pussies.

I think MOC and NILC etc would force USCIS to honor those renewals if they charged the money. Shit at least give us our money back ��
