My commitment to working together on an immigration measure that we can make law is a sincere commitment. We will solve this daca problem. Once we get this budget agreed done and we will get this done for no matter how long it takes for us to stay here, we will focus on bringing that debate to this floor and finding a solution. But we cannot do that unless we pass this budget agreement, our military can no longer be held hostage in this process
