as dumb as this will sound, if things turn Paxton way someone else needs to file a lawsuit favoring DACA with the only purpose of seeking an injunction to reinstate DACA

I think some of you don’t quite understand why the judges stopped trump from ending daca

They stopped his actions because they felt trump motive for ending daca was a racist one as seen in his tweets and campaign speeches.


Ken Paxton injunction has NOTHING to do with trump. It’s totally different thing. If Paxton wins then the judges actions who said to continue daca would be null since there isn’t any daca now to begin with.


Should we be worry? Yeah we probably should at this point we just gotta hope for the best and make sure to send in our renewals. Paxton isn’t asking to terminate active dacas ( I guess he has some heart deep in that republican soul )

Fuck! How long will this take? I'm hoping for USCIS to approve and send me my EAD by the middle of May since I expire October 17th.

Same. Only Oct. 18.
