Guys. The whole Brett Kavanaugh nomination is huge. Ya’ll remember the Obama nomination Merrick Garland never having a hearing because the dirty, nasty, corrupt republicans avoided a hearing because they were aware of the Russian and Trump collusion that was going to happen. So far Democrat’s and the accuser of Kavaunagh’s alleged sexual assault, Doctor Ford have done a good job at exposing the criminal nomine.

How does this affect Dreamers? Well, if DACA goes to the high courts, Kavanaugh is the potential tie breaking vote that would end DACA. I’ve been following the whole issue religiously, especially because Doctor Ford was a professor of mine. She teaches psychology at Palo Alto University in Palo Alto, California. Keep yourselves informed about what’s going on DREAMers, this is huge. I believe Doctor Ford. She’s a good professor and a women that would not fake this incident. She’s received death threats by Kavanaugh’s dirty right wing supporters.

As I mentioned in a post earlier, I do have colleagues that made it to the FBI, unfortunately they are not close to the mueller investigation, but I admire what the department does. Stay tuned.

If Brett Kavanaugh and Daca makes it to the SCOTUS how likely is he at voting against the constitutionally of said DACA? What if after all that litigation they find from a constitutional p.o.v. that daca is in fact legal ? DACA was not an executive order but a memo/directive change which not the same as a E.O.
