All it takes now is for Schumer to say he wants DACA. Give up on Muller protection. It is so unncessary. IF muller gets fired, thr country would go wild.

Politics is about the show they put on. Mueller might not need the protection, but giving him some will make Dems look and feel good about themselves which translates to votes with the right stories in the media.
