Empty Senate. No one is taking on legislation that requires 60 or more votes because of the filibuster. Nothing getting done.

This is nowhere over. A massive deal is being hashed out behind the curtains and Dicky Durbin will bring it to fruition momentarily. I believe from the GOP contingent, Mitt Romney must be putting in work.

The Democratic Party needs to grow a pair and use the filibuster. Mitch McConell used the filibuster to push 3 Supreme Court justices down our throats. A move that will have consequences for plenty of years to come.
