CDL for dreamer EAD
 

Are there any states where a dreamer can obtain a CDL? Some states have only permanent resident/citizen clause. Or a clause that even if you did have a EAD you can't get one if from Mexico/Canada.

Was thinking California.

An hypothetical idea I had doing Advanced Parole for truck driving education. or to do the truck driving test over since a cdl from there should be acceptable to drive in usa roads

California allows it but you won’t get hazmat endorsements and TWIC
