bruh....If they allow DACA's to get H1B that would solve it for me immediately. At this point I consider it false hope though

I still remember when Erik1421 originally posted that Obama was going to announce something big for dreamers some 12 years ago.

It would open up another path, but H1B is a lottery system, so no guarantee to be picked. Higher chance if you have an advanced degree.

h1b for academics (i.e., tenure track positions) is cap exempt and would be great...
