Its not going to happen this year, congress ends for the 110th congress friday. So let us save our energy until after the elections.

O.K. lets let the opposition fill up congress's e-mail boxes with anti-immigrant messages. We all have arrived at the conclusion that it will not be voted on until we have a new congress and new president, but we should all still do our part.
