Re: Rumor: AP no longer lawful
A simple google search would should you that AP still in place. Let’s stop using these “he said, she said” comments to instill fear in people.
And for the record, AP has never guaranteed entrance back into the US. We always knew this was risk with any administration. |

You insist that AP is no longer meant for legal entry, when it never was in the first place. Advance parole does not automatically grant legal entry into the United States. It simply allows certain noncitizens to return to the U.S. while their immigration status is pending. However, there is no guarantee that they will be allowed back in. The final decision lies with CBP officers at the port of entry. How difficult is it for you to grasp this concept? This has always been the case, nothing has changed. |

Rumors aren't worth much. I think I will wait and see until official information comes out.

Re: Rumor: AP no longer lawful
So just to clarify, if you have already been paroled in with AP, that is still considered a legal entry for the purpose of Adjustment of Status correct?
