A simple google search would should you that AP still in place. Let’s stop using these “he said, she said” comments to instill fear in people.

And for the record, AP has never guaranteed entrance back into the US. We always knew this was risk with any administration.

Who said AP is not in place?

You just don't get it, do you?

You clearly don't understand how AP works and keep spreading fear and misinformation based on rumors, like this is some kind of high school gossip fest.

You insist that AP is no longer meant for legal entry, when it never was in the first place. Advance parole does not automatically grant legal entry into the United States.

It simply allows certain noncitizens to return to the U.S. while their immigration status is pending. However, there is no guarantee that they will be allowed back in. The final decision lies with CBP officers at the port of entry.

How difficult is it for you to grasp this concept? This has always been the case, nothing has changed.

Rumors aren't worth much. I think I will wait and see until official information comes out.

It has always been official. I believe that some people have not done their due diligence. There is a misconception that being approved with AP automatically guarantees legal entry, but that is not the case, as clearly stated on their website.

Caution

Travel outside of the United States may have severe immigration-related consequences.

Admission or parole into the United States is not guaranteed even if you have the appropriate documents. You are still subject to immigration inspection or examination at a port of entry to determine whether you may be admitted or paroled into the country and whether you are eligible for the immigration status you seek.

Advance Parole Document

Please note that having an advance parole document does not guarantee that you will be allowed to reenter the United States. At the airport or border, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer will make the final decision about whether to allow you to reenter the United States.

So just to clarify, if you have already been paroled in with AP, that is still considered a legal entry for the purpose of Adjustment of Status correct?
