Dear Oprah:
 

as most of you know, we have been trying to contact oprah for a while, but im not sure if anyone has done anything about it. so now, there is a couple of people who are interested in making a team, to come up with ideas to reach her,politicians, people of influence, and other media. would you be intersted in joining us?
so far we only have 4 people in this group, however we do need more people to join.
we need organizers. any one who is interesed and devoted to this cause is more then welcome.
we need reliable people who are willing to put effort and time into this project. this will take more then a couple of weeks and lots of hours, but remember its for a great cause.

also, we need stories more then anything. if you would like to submit your story please send me an email ASAP to the email below.

in your story/essay please make sure to add why it is so important for the dream act to pass this year, and how this will help you become (for a lack of better words) a rolemodel American citizen. try to make your narrative, persuasive to those who read it, & that way, we can get more people to support the Dream. :)

Hey Negrita! would the stories be used to persuade Oprah only or featured in her show (if she's interested)? I'm asking because I would be willing to wrtie my story to persuade her only, I'm not interested in being exposed on tv or anything like that... Thanks :)

You won't be exposed. You don't even have to use your real name. We just want to send her a whole bunch of letter to persuade her to do a show about us or raise awareness. It doesn't mean you'll have to go on the show.

Let's start working on it now guys, so once bill gets introduced we can send it in and try to get her on our side.
