I can't even imagine what they went through to have there hopes dashed like that. I had only found out about the Dream Act a couple months before they voted and even then I didn't depend on it all...

Don't bother applying under an international student they'll still ask for your current visa or what status your under. I had already tried thinking they would issue me a student visa if I did.
