As an update, I called USCIS today and a rep told me they are behind, and that they want us to allow 30-60 days since the date of our receipt.

That I have read, there isn't a minimum requirement in regards to how long you have to be married to apply. Bear in mind the key word there is "apply" because applying doesn't really guarantee...
