I'm not exactly saying to get your hopes up. Just informing of any changes.

This bill will not be decided on until 2012 since this year's session is done.

It will go through revisions most likely. I can see the work permit being dropped, drivers' license sounds risky, but state financial aid/health insurance doesn't seem impossible.
