your EAD card is a Federal govt issued card and therefore can be used in place of Real ID.

call your state rep and have them contact USCIS for you. they are the only ones who can contact federal agencies and actually get taken seriously.

thanks so much. this makes me feel a lot better! they really still need to fix this and get it together, renewing early is stressful and expensive enough :cry: they have to add in more uncertainty.

I sent mine on the 19th, got a message on the 29th that they received my papers and they even cashed my check already.

No receipt yet...
