The thing is, I was hired and I'm afraid I will have to turn them down after all. It's not a big thing a part time but I'm so sick of this.....

was anybody hired at Ross, the clothing store? do they do e-verify? I know they said they do, but did somebody have the experience?

Talk to her, she might understand and decide to stay for a while or compromise to something . Offer something on return...

The employer cannot run e-verify if you are already employed, the law is very clear about that, you have no reason to worry. That will have to be for the new employees

They will ask you to fill out a form for the IRS with your ITIN number that will be to make sure
you dont own money to the IRS it has the option of SS also dont worry about it.
Thet will pay you...
