No.. he is arguing that we get financial aid right away even as conditional residents but infact section 11 states we only get financial aid as PERMANENT RESIDENTS(conditional + 6yrs + 2 yr service...

Believe me i've read the dream act text more than i'd care to admit...i kno conditional residency doesnt give u any financial aid..but section 11 of the dream act states that u can recieve financial...

my point exactly....if the financial aid is FAIR and other anti-immigration groups talkin point shouldnt we find a way to negate that... i kno some will say that even if we take it out they'll find...

I understand what your sayin Projex...but my point is wouldn't most people here take the conditionaly residency without financial aid given most here are already payin for college without a decent...

That financial aid language in the Dream Act is still their only talkin point...i really wish that language could be taken out since gainin permenant residency would grant u access to financial aid...
