I researched other lawyers in the Los Angeles area...the majority had a 2500 fee.

Well $2500 lawyer fees.. + $1490 application fees + $1000 245i fee. The $$ was the only reason I really want to apply for DACA lol.

I am not applying because I found out I qualify to adjust under 245i. I am starting the process next week... I wanted to apply for DACA due the price ($465 vs 5k) but figured it's worth it.

Wow, the situation is horrible! I attend a CSU and it will be my 4th year this fall. I began paying around 1k a quarter, and this fall quarter I had to pay 1.5k! It's difficult managing your money...
