Hmm strange, I was only asked to provide copies of the last EAD. I think there was an option at the start of the application to let you pick Initial vs Renewal.

Considering that CPA consists of 4 parts, vft1008's 16 attempts could just be an average of 4 times for each part which isn't so bad when you break it out like that.
