But they want America to gain more minority citizens because they tend to vote blue. They're not gonna sacrifice that advantage...

Nobody would be able to sponsor their parents, not even current US citizens. This provision is probably the biggest sticking point between Democrats and Republicans....

If this is truly the starting point for negotiations and the white house is willing to give some concessions, then there is a deal to be had that I would be happy with.

And an unlimited number of visas for parents of USCs over 21.
