They had some sort of investigating service for cases that were taking too long for a response like i said 4 - 5 months. They faxed me a form to sign and give my consent so they can call and ask...

Thanks everyone! I forgot to mention i got an RFE for continuos residence on 01/29 and sent my response on 02/11, and got approved today morning 9:29 am. For the people waiting between 4-5 months...

I know in the beginning my case was complicated cause i came here 2 weeks before turning 16 and my passport had a different name and dob. He charged me $700..but now the rfe is not for that.

So my lawyer got my rfe...He says they asking for evidence to proof i was here in 2007..the year my daughter was born...supposedly they say i came here got my ex pregnant and bounced...So question...

Yes i did, I'm getting that letter probably tomorrow and what really bugs me is that if i didn't made the congressman called then i don't think they wouldn't have send me anything.
