Re: I was approved but i was not notified via e-mail nor text.

Exclamation I was approved but i was not notified via e-mail nor text.

Do not rely heavily on receiving an email or text from USCIS. I was approved on March 8, and today, I so happened to check my status online and viol`a I was approved. However, they were unable to...

Re: Can I cross a checkpoint / inspection point with a pending DACA app?

Yes you can, just take your biometrics appointment paper, and if you may still be skeptical, call either of the checkpoints. They will confirm with you that it should not be a problem. I called on...

Re: *****Daca approvals <------******

I applied for TPS about a year ago I received my EAD because upon first look my application looked as if it was going to get approved "prima facie", however, a few months later I received a denial...

Using approvals as a way to gauge your application approval gives false approximation

We should all know by now that using current approvals as a way to gauge our approval time gives us false approximation. Timelines that are created with dates of approvals are obviously skewed. There...

Re: Why is it taking so long? I'm nervous!

Don't worry I've been waiting since 9/28/12, which is the date of my bios. USCIS is unpredictable, and they have no reason to deny you based on your assets and income. A few more weeks of waiting...

Re: Is anyone else excited to be able to get a hunting and fishing liscense

You could get one with that type of id? Are you charged more though? Bc here in Texas they charge you as a tourist and thy shaft you with the price.
