maybe someone can answer my question

so in 2002 there was a law where everyone from middle-eastern countries had to go register with the INS, does anyone know if dream still helps those that didn't goto register? like if they qualify...

age limit for the dream act

is there an age limit for the dream act? for example if your over a certain age could you not qualify for the dream act in its current form?
