I am currently under F2B and my priority date is Jan-17-2014. I think F2B moves at a rate of 3 months per every 2 months. I need to wait 50-60 months from now.

I am not sure but I heard CIR will cover undocumented people who have been in the states more than 7 years. It will be hard for people to prove their residency with legit documents if they don't have...

Don't worry. I got 2 tickets for driving with expired license. I paid everything and there was no problem with it. Don't worry until you receive something from USCIS. btw, i am from CA.
