well wouldnt be easier if you were to ask the friend of your friend. and even if is not true there are private scholarships that doesnt require a ssn... but if it is true make sure to let us know is...

well a have a commom question... if you dont have a ssn you can get a H. S. diploma, cetificates..,, but can you get a licence from the state regardless of having a ssn???

well there are many people driving without a lic... the problem is that (in CA to be specific) insurance is requireed by law... but can the police take your car or inpounded or stored if the car is...
