Does having the UVISA EAD prior to me even applying for it opposed to my dad who did apply just last week, mean I can start counting the days till it's 3 years for me to apply for PR?

Today is 7 months for me, also today was the day I got accepted for deferred action!! (4-15-13)I've never been so happy in my life. It was worth the waiting. Yay!

I applied almost 5 months ago (october 2012). I've been waiting patiently for months, but nothing has come my way. What should I do? Why is it taking them so long!?

Yeah, it did the same thing to me too. But it said my card was in Production even though I hadn't done my Biometrics! So I called in they told me it was a glitch and soon after it changed to Post...

Yes, it's me. I called like in december 30 days after and they told me I should wait until january 15th to get my EAD. So yeah, I called and now I have to wait 15 more days to from them! -.-

It happened to me too. I received my Work Permit receipt, but the deferred action receipt I never got. A week or 2 later I received a notice saying that my deffered action receipt has been sent back...
