I am sorry to hear that, prp134. I do think that what they did was wrong... But look at it this way: maybe the person in charge, the person that made the decision wasn't very familiar with the whole...

I work for a large retail company and it's been over a month since it expired. I guess I've been lucky.... But don't worry, it's at the discretion of the employer. I was told that I shouldn't worry...

Yes... but I am also waiting on the new one to come in. HR hasn't found out yet. It's not that big of a deal, all that is going to change is the date on the EAD card.

The app is called "Case Status Plus." There is also a Lite version, for $1.99, but I recommend the $3.99 one.

My lawyer recommend me to get a LiveScan. It's a background check (fingerprinting process) to make sure you don't have a criminal record. It seems like it can't hurt to get one. It takes a few days...
