Mine expired at the same age and I got an appointment to get renewed on the same day. It sucks, I heard you can keep calling to see if they have any cancellations, I doubt there will be any though....

I don't know what's so hard about skipping over peoples thread that you aren't interested in. I have seen many redundant questions and many more arrogant/condescending answers, I prefer the former....

I'm lucky enough to have had a drivers license that is valid, so I will be sending that and my translated birth certificate. I'm not sure about the matricula though.
