Dems need to push this as a humanitarian issue. Do not allow chain migration for DACA recipients who eventually become citizens(Do not allow them to sponsor anyone). Simple as that.

You call and when you get the first tier rep on the line, tell them you would like to expedite. They will read out a list of categories that are eligible for expedites. I chose financial hardship....

About 62 days. I called in an expedite on day 55, faxed a letter from my employer about my pending job offer to go back to work.

USCIS received my i-485 and i-130 on August 5th, and did my bio August 13th. Last update was that they received my biometrics fee. Should I be calling in by now?

I got my approval notice for EAD via AOS on October 6th, but still have not received the actual work permit in the mail. Any idea how long the card takes to ship?
