Submitted 4/14 expires 9/4. I submitted 143 prior to expiration, approved today. Biometrics was completed on July 8th. So I was approved in a month after bio.

Update-- I can't even check my case status on the myuscis account website. The tracker works but not the website you actually have to log in.

Would be interesting if someone got approved that way. Personally I don't know anyone who has done it but I am sure there are people out there who got DACA without meeting some of the requirements.

I pay close to 30k a year and I go to a state school. My tuition would fall to 9k/year if I payed in state. Can't believe how ungrateful...

This bill is actually a lot better than the Dream Act. I love how he acknowledges that college and the military is not for everyone and then proposes apprenticeship and vocational school as a pathway...
