I think this is good and more realistic, I can see the Democrats compromising for border security, but not for RAISE ACT or other extremist immigration reform

It doesn't. LPR = Lawful Permanent Resident aka Green Card. Right now, After being a LPR for 5 years 3 (if you are married with U.S Citizen) you can apply for citizenship.

So, LPR + Citizenship for DREAMERS, LPR with no path to citizenship for everyone else.
