okay so i heard its 3 forms the I-765 WS, I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, & i-821 D

I just downloaded them, how do i get the background check... and i thought the uscis was going...

i know that's what i said it ridiculous, makes no sense at all.. and at the office in Dallas they never answer the phone so i can get the right information and when i call the head office they say...

Yeah im trying to get my Passport but the people at the Mexican Consulate told me that i have to be a student, i have my appointment on sep 7 hopefully i get it my trip is on dec 1

The High Security Matricula Consular is an identification that is issued to Mexicans living in the U.S., the issue is not determined by consular officials but by the fulfillment of the requirements....

okay if its his first time getting the MATRICULA
i took my school ID, a report card with the address and name, a bank statement or a phone bill statement with the name and address, birth...

that's so weird that they didn't accept me then, and there was more people there arguing that why couldn't they get it done if they never said that they had to be in school or show up with papers...

I took everything they asked for and some more stuff just to be safe, BUT the guys at the door said that I have to have a school ID(not expired) or be enrolled in school

BTW does anyone know if the passports are for everyone that qualify's I went to the mexican council and the guys at the door...

I DON'T go to school so what else could i take to get my passport i called the mexican...
