I have a I-444 which was the form used before the I-94 came into place on 1997. I am not too worry about the code just trying to figure out which city we came through since my parents don't remember...

Visa Stamp Reads 408 ROM 10

I am wondering if anybody knows what this code means? I am assuming it stands for the point of entry which was Roma, TX. Previous visa stamps read 147 LAR 17 for Laredo, TX, I guess. Can anybody...
